ryusworld v3.1

After learning about the new features of CSS and with the desire to get rid of the sidebar I finally got the motivation to upgrade my blog design to version 3.1.

I finished this in about 2 days with Photoshop and coding and am pretty happy about the outcome.

Major and minor changes are:

• header and footer 100% width
• missing sidebar
• buttons who link to my categories
• full width content
• rounded corners
• a few new images in the header
• a new font for the “youkoso”
• a “sitemap” in the footer

And of course there are still a few bugs which I need to fix.

If you zoom out the header image shows a white column and the search function doesn’t work so far. I wanted to create an own search field but somehow I don’t get a respond when I search for something. Seems to be an error in the connection with wordpress or something like this. Will let you know when v3.1.1 with search function goes live.
