After two weeks of waiting, my new figure arrived today. I am not that much into figures, but this one is special. I really liked the summer version Haruhi figma from the beginning. There sure are a few figures I want to get but I am not an extreme figure colletor. Well what ever. Here is my little review of Haruhi.

One thing I like the most of figure boxes is, that you can have some fun with the figure and you can learn some japanese too if you try to read the text on the back.  Fun AND educational. Two birds, one stone!

It comes even with a “manual” of how to switch the hair. Nice extra if you couldn’t figure out without their help.

Haruhi comes with a lot of extras. She got the famous ponytail Hairstyle and an additional face. 6 (!!) hand pairs for you to show the most of your creativity, the brigade chief triangular, the chief armband with some other text I couldn’t translate so far, a small digital camera, the famous figma base and a bag for you to safely transport all the small bits and pieces.

Out of the box. Finally fresh air for Haruhi. And already taking some pictures. I hope she will help me getting pictures in the future since my lens for my DSLR isn’t that good for macro. Have to buy a Macro lens in the future.

Ponytail Haruhi is the best.

After spotting me she welcomes me with her arms wide open. I am glad she is not treating me like Kyon. Isn’t such a welcome heart-warming?

After the hug she shows her true colors. Tsundere Haruhi appears. She directly says that she is not here to do H stuff for me. What does she think who she is?

“I am the brigade chief after all, desho?”

Is she a mind reader? Well, I don’t mind and keep taking pictures of her what she really enjoyed.

Haruhi-puchi twins observe the scenery with scepsis. Are they afraid of being neglected now that Haruhi-nee-chan is there?

She is fully flexible and you can pose her in many ways. The heared that some people don’t like the joints but I have to say that they aren’t that eyecatching. The pose is what matters and you don’t look at the joints.
