Girls Rock

Today I got another addition to my SCANDAL collection. After getting their 2nd Live DVD and the Mini Cover Album R-GIRL’s ROCK! the newest Single Release, Haruka, arrived in my mailbox.
Normally I am not that much into buying Single releases but the first press bonus from cdjapan was so tempting that I had to buy it.

Haruka is the 10th single release from SCANDAL.

Bought the limited edition because of two reasons.

1. the PV of the track Cute is on the bonus DVD of this limited edition
2. the first press version of the regular edition was already sold out :P

And this is the first press bonus. A lil’ pin. Since I only own CDs and DVDs so far and I want some more merchandising too, I decided to grab this CD to get my hands on this pin.

Next we got the 2nd Live DVD of the Everybody Say Yeah! Temptation Box Tour 2010 at Zepp Tokyo.
T’was a good live performance with a good range of their songs. Rina was playing keyboard while the did a special act for the song Shoujo M. Is a nice addition that they have one song each time where they dont play their instruments but to a little dance performance ^^

The inlay has a few more pictures of the show this time. Was really a powerful live performance and the only bad part is, that my favorite song wasn’t played. I hoped they would perform it, since the concert was early October and the song was released early October as well. Well, I just have to wait for their next DVD to see them perform scandal nanka buttobase live.

The inside of the outer cover got a nice artwork of the girls.

R-GIRL’s ROCK! is like I already said a cover mini album with songs from different artists.

This is the first time that Rina sings a song! Sunny Day Sunday is mainly performed by her because Haruna suggested it. She said the song fits her the most.

The booklet of the Cover Album R-GIRL’s ROCK! is designed as a notebook with a few sketches in between.
Really lovely album which I like a lot. Hope to hear Rinas voice more often in the future.

In addition to that, there was an extra booklet inside with a few backstage pictures showing them at the rehearsal or just goofing off.

Now the only thing I am missing is the first Mini Album Yah! Yah! Yah! Hello Scandal! since a Temptation Box Poster is on its way.

But unfortunately I don’t know of any shop who still has this in stock. If you know any online shop, just let me know and post the link in the comments.

If you want to purchase any of those I recommend cdjapan since they ship fast, are cheap and have a frequent shopper system for discounts.
