Fairy Tail Extra

Today arrived a package from Hobby Search I was waiting for. It was a delivery of two displays of the new Weiss Schwarz Fairy Tail Extrapack Boosterseries.

The set has 45 different cards and each one gets a foil version. Some with another artwork for it.
Tha last series only had characters who showed up before the Tower of Paradise Arc which was a real dissapointment. Because the new Arc and characters were so fitting to update the first series with an extra pack. And bushiroad really fulfilled my wish.
The Fairy Tail Extrapacks “story” is about the Battle of Fairy Tail and the Oracion Seis Arc. Therefore I had high hopes that Wendy, my second favorite character of the series, gets a lot of cards because up till now she only had a Promo version which is really hard to get your hands on, if you don’t live in Japan.

And the new set has 5 different Wendy Cards. The Nerd is happy!
Unfortunately they did not include new Armor Changing Erza Cards. It would have been possible with all those armors Erza showed until the end of the Oracions Seis Arc.

Each display contains 6 Boosterpacks. Each with 6 cards in it. One Rarem two parallel cards and three common cards. A parallel card can be another rare card.
I ordered two displays and was rather happy with the outcome of the picked rare cards. Even got a signed Natsu. My second one now. I had hoped for a signed Wendy. Having a card, signed by Satou Satomi would have been awesome!

At the end I got 19 rare cards and two of the lovely level 3 Wendy. Was really happy because I want to change my deck from Erza/Gray to Erza/Wendy. Unfortunately I only got one level 0 with 3000 power Wendy and only one of the other two rare Wendys.
Guess I will try to order some single cards with the power of Celga next month.
